A deep clean gives you a fresh start and from there, it is all about keeping it that way with regular maintenance cleans.

This clean is our deep clean service that include the extra following in order to restore the home to its original condition and prepare for new owners.

What is included in our Regular Cleaning

    • Clean the sink (dishes will be placed in dish washer, NOT handwashed)

    • Clean the exteriors of the appliances

    • Clean the interior of microwave

    • Clean the countertops

    • Empty trashcans

    • Clean the tables

    • Polish stainless steel appliances

    • Sweep and mop the floors

    • Clean and disinfect the toilet

    • Clean and disinfect bathtub/shower

    • Clean and disinfect the sink

    • Clean the countertops

    • Change towels if visible

    • Clean hard surface floors

    • Empty trashcan

    • Dust all surfaces

    • Dust furniture

    • Dust blinds (not individually)

    • Lightly organize and magazines and remote controls

    • Arrange cushions

    • Sweep and vacuum floors and under furniture if it is easy to move.

    • Mop floors

    • Dust all surfaces

    • Dust the blinds (not individually)

    • Change and make the beds if sheets are left on the bed

    • Pick up under bed as far as possible

    • Washing dishes (pots and pans additional charge)

    • Carpet stains

    • Pet waste

    • Interior of trashcans (additional charge)

    • Windows and doors from outside

    • Ceiling and windows above 8.5 ft

    • Inside of dishwasher

    • Constructions debris and dust

    • For health reasons we will NOT clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from either humans or animals.

    • This service is meant to restore the home to its original condition and prepare it for new owners

    • Cancelling more than 48 hours in advance gets a full refund

    • Canceling within 24 hours means there is no refund

    • Canceling within 48 hours puts payment in account for later use
